Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SnapBurst. By creating an account or using the booth you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Using the booth
SnapBurst gives you a four-shot photo strip you can edit with filters, stickers, and frames, then print, share, or save to your gallery. You are responsible for the content you capture and for obtaining the consent of anyone who appears in your strips.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you think someone has used your account without permission, contact us right away.
Subscriptions
Access to the booth requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you keep access until then. Refunds are handled at our discretion — if you are unhappy, contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use SnapBurst to capture, store, or share content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or is harmful or harassing. You may not attempt to access another user’s data, reverse-engineer the app, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
Your content
You own the photo strips you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process your strips solely to run the service — for example, showing them in your gallery and assembling them into a printable strip. We do not claim ownership of your photos and we do not use them to train models.
Our service
We work hard to keep SnapBurst running smoothly, but we provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update the app without notice. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Payments and pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and may change. Any price change takes effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you in advance. Charges under £0.50 are not supported by our payment provider.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the Account page, which permanently removes your strips and personal data. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will note the updated date below and, where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
